These exercises are essential for the horse rider and a feature of my Classical Dressage un-mounted Workshops

I have been a teacher for 13 years with The Fitness league- formerly ‘The Women’s League of Health and Beauty’, as shown in this programme! We did wear satin pants and tops-as shown in this film- I started classes with my mum when I was 11 years old!

Classes last 1 hour. Bring an exercise mat/ towel for floor work. We work barefoot, though you are welcome to wear jazz shoes or trainers if you wish.
