Terms and Conditions: On-line material
It can be a criminal offence to copy or use copyright material and registered trade marks and designs without permission.
Claire Ballardie owns the copyright to all digital material, intellectual property, articles, recordings, photographs, including that created under the name Claire Lilley and Wiltshire Wellbeing.
Infringement of copyright includes:
- using, selling or importing my products or processes
- using all or some of my work under copyright without my permission
- making, or selling my registered design for commercial gain
- copying my work
- distributing copies of it, whether free of charge or for sale
- renting or lending copies of my work
- performing, showing or playing my work in public
- making an adaptation of your work
- putting it on the internet
- publicly or privately broadcasting any of my work
- using my material in data sets for the purpose of training artificial intelligence (AI) models.
Terms and Conditions Equestrian Activities: Claire Lilley
Disclaimer
I am responsible for my own safety and welfare in any outside space and around animals and will abide by instructions given and will not approach any animals without permission. I participate on a voluntary basis.
If my pet is present as part of my therapy, I am responsible for my own animals’ welfare and behaviour and will inform my therapist of any training/handling issues. I have adequate insurance covering both personal and public liabilities. If Reiki is part of my therapy, I understand that Reiki is not a substitute for veterinary treatment.
In event of any injury to myself, my animals, other persons or property, I will not hold my therapist liable and I personally assume all risks and voluntarily accept all risks to myself and my property. I understand that I am responsible for judging that I, or any animal I may bring to therapy, have the necessary experience and capability to participate in planned activities and I am free to retire at any time. Any decision to continue is entirely my responsibility.
- I choose to participate, on a voluntary basis. in equestrian coaching activities organised by Claire Lilley ( including on-line sessions and webinars).
- I understand that by taking part in Claire Lilley activities I personally assume all risks, and voluntarily accept all risks to myself and my property.
- I understand that I am responsible for judging that I personally, and any animal that I participate with, or discuss on-line, have the necessary experience and capability to participate in the planned activities.
- I am free to retire at any time, and that any decision to continue is entirely my responsibility, regardless of any advice or encouragement I might have received from Claire Lilley.
- I understand that Insurance is my responsibility and I confirm that I have adequate insurance covering both personal and public liabilities. In the event of injury to myself, my animals, other persons or property I will not hold Claire Lilley liable and that I understand Claire Lilley does not insure me for such risks.
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for my and others safety and property. I agree to indemnify Claire Lilley for any injury to me and animals or property in my care.
- If Reiki is part of the activities, I understand that Reiki is not a substitute for veterinary treatment. If my animal is under veterinary care, I will obtain their permission for Reiki treatment.
- I confirm my horse is fit and well enough to participate in training, and that my tack and equipment is regularly checked for its suitability and condition.
Terms and Conditions: Returning Books and DVDs:
Claire Lilley is happy to accept unwanted returns, provided the item is unused and in pristine re-sellable condition in the original packing where possible, within 21 days of despatch.
You will need to pay the return postage. The price of the item will be refunded, less a £5 re-stocking charge to cover costs in sending the goods.
